HYROX workouts are tough, but they can be adapted to suit your fitness level! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will modify the exercises to meet your needs while still challenging you.

At GirlCode Gym, our HYROX training is designed specifically for women, in a supportive and empowering environment.
If you were training before pregnancy, you may be able to continue with modifications. However, we wouldn’t recommend starting HYROX as a new form of exercise during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor first, and our coaches can offer safe modifications to support your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
