Do I need experience to join a Reformer Pilates class?

Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we offer beginner classes that are designed to help you build a solid foundation before moving into more advanced sessions. Our instructors will guide you with modifications tailored to your experience level.

A full-body workout on the Pilates Reformer machine, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements.

Purchase Reformer Passes via the GirlCode Gym app—these passes are separate from the Unlimited Gym Membership. You can trial your first class free via the link at the top of the screen!

Yes, our classes are designed specifically for women, in a supportive and empowering environment.

We don’t recommend starting Reformer Pilates during pregnancy, but with doctor approval, we can offer safe modifications for postnatal recovery.
