Since joining girlcode myself 3 years ago my life has now completely changed, looking back now I was lost completely lacking any sort of structure and was definitely not putting myself first..

I quickly learnt that there was so much more to exercise than just the way you look & the benefits of incorporating exercise into my own lifestyle, changing my daily habits & prioritising myself taught me that I was in control of how I felt & how my day was going! My goal is to teach as many women as possible these same values along with how to fuel their bodies right, train hard and help them become the very best version of themselves from the inside & out!
