Hot Yoga

Our Hot Yoga classes bring the heat and tranquility of yoga together in a powerful experience designed for both body and mind. In a heated environment, these classes focus on deep stretching, detoxification, and mental clarity. The warmth softens muscles, allowing you to reach deeper stretches safely, while encouraging cleansing through sweat. Each session combines calming yoga flows with gentle endurance, helping you leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and centered.

Hot Pilates

Our Hot Pilates classes bring a unique twist to traditional Pilates, using the added heat to increase intensity and flexibility. The warm environment enhances each movement, allowing you to go deeper and engage muscles fully for proven results. This class focuses on core strength and controlled movements with the added challenge of heat, perfect for those looking to boost their endurance, stability, and overall strength in a transformative way.

Hot Power

For the ultimate full-body workout, Hot Power is like nothing else. This intense class combines the best of strength training and conditioning with a powerful atmosphere, incorporating dumbbells, weighted exercises, bodyweight movements, and core work—all in the heat. Designed to push your limits, Hot Power is a challenging, high-energy experience that leaves you feeling accomplished and empowered, surrounded by an atmosphere like no other.

FAQs

Do I need experience to join a Hot Class?

No experience is required! Our Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Power classes are suitable for most fitness levels, however if you have not exercised in a long time or ever, we would recommend starting with our beginner strength and cardio classes. We offer modifications to ensure every participant can engage with the class at their own pace.

The room is heated to approximately 30-35°C (85-95°F) to enhance flexibility, detoxification, and muscle engagement. It’s warm enough to make you sweat but not unbearable.

A full size towel to cover your mat is mandatory. We also recommend comfortable clothes that you can move in. The heat can make you sweat, so make sure to stay hydrated throughout the class. It’s essential to be well-hydrated going into class, and we encourage you to continue hydrating afterward to replenish your body.

It is advised to bring your own mat for hygiene reasons, however we do provide them. If using one of our mats, bringing a full size towel to cover your mat is compulsory.

We modify the intensity and offer plenty of options to adjust the class to your fitness level. If you’re new to the heat, it’s important to listen to your body, take breaks if needed, and stay hydrated. If you are new to exercise, we would recommend classes that are a normal temperature.

We don’t recommend starting hot classes during pregnancy due to the heat intensity. However, with doctor approval, we can offer modifications for postnatal recovery, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen.

Each class lasts 60 minutes, providing an intense, full-body workout.

If at any point you start feeling dizzy, overheated, or unwell, please stop and take a break. Drink water, cool down, and listen to your body. Don’t hesitate to let the instructor know if you’re feeling off. They are trained to help and guide you to ensure your safety.
