Strength Classes

Our strength classes focus on building and refining your strength over the 6-week period. Following a consistent structure, you’ll master your form, progressively increase your strength, and experience a real gym-like session. The steady approach of the GirlCode Method ensures you can focus, improve, and get stronger without constant changes. This consistency leads to measurable results, giving you a real sense of achievement with every class.

Cardio Classes

Our cardio classes are high-intensity and designed to elevate your heart rate while keeping things fun and challenging. These energizing sessions push your limits, helping you burn fat, boost endurance, and enhance your overall fitness. You’ll leave feeling revitalized, with a sense of accomplishment, and ready to take on the next challenge.

Each class lasts 60 minutes, offering a balanced mix of strength and cardio exercises that will improve your overall performance, endurance, and muscle tone. Are the S&C classes included in the Unlimited Gym Membership?

Yes, our S&C classes are included in the Unlimited Gym Membership. This gives you access to all our strength and cardio sessions, as well as other classes and gym facilities.

You can easily book any S&C class through the GirlCode Gym app. Simply log in, select your class, and reserve your spot. It’s that easy!

If you don’t have the Unlimited Gym Membership, you can still join the S&C classes by purchasing a Gym Class Pass via the GirlCode Gym app. Each class pass is available for £6, and you can choose the class that fits your schedule.

Yes, absolutely! Our S&C classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to strength and conditioning or have experience, the GirlCode Method will guide you through the exercises at a pace that suits your fitness level. Our trainers are there to support you every step of the way.

Each S&C class is 60 minutes long, providing a focused and intense workout that targets both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel to wipe away sweat. All necessary equipment will be provided for you!

Yes, the S&C classes follow a 6-week timetable with consistent cycles, allowing you to attend weekly classes and see real progress. With your Unlimited Gym Membership or Gym Class Pass, you can attend as often as you like, based on availability.

You can book classes exactly 7 days before the class start time. Keep in mind that peak-time classes tend to book up quickly, so it’s a good idea to reserve your spot as soon as possible, especially if you prefer the busier time slots!

We provide all the equipment you’ll need for both strength and cardio segments. You don’t need to bring anything extra—just focus on pushing yourself and having fun!
